DELIVERY PROCESS

A maximum of 2 working days is required to process your order at our site before your items are being collected by POSLAJU/J&T. Worry not, we will do our best to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours after payment received. Once shipped out, it may take 1-3 days to complete delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. Meanwhile, it may take about 3-7 days for delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). It might take longer if an address is categorized as an outskirt delivery area (ODA), which may take 4-8 days.

Please note that the purchaser is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, szclassicparfum cannot be responsible for replacing the product. The purchaser is also responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package, if the tracking information says it was delivered or is in route to the shipping address. If the shipping company shows the packaged as having been delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination.

OFF FOR DELIVERY

All orders made on weekends & the public holidays will only be processed on the next working day.


DELIVERY CHARGES

FREE SHIPPING (0.1-0.5KG) (Semenanjung) & RM12 (Sabah/Sarawak). The cost will be varied depending on the number of items & delivery location.


DELIVERY NOTIFICATION

Notification will be sent through the customer’s email along with the tracking number


DAMAGE & LOSSES

We will not be held responsible for any damage, losses, or delay of shipment by POSLAJU/J&T. Customer should/can contact POSLAJU/J&T by using the tracking number provided in two simple ways;

  1. Track your parcel whereabouts through  TRACKING NUMBER (szclassicparfum.com) using the tracking no provided.
  1. Simply contact your local POSLAJU/J&T office or directly call POSLAJU hotline at 1-300-300-300 / J&T hotline at 1300-80-9000 or 03-92129660


UNCOLLECTED ITEM

Courier will leave a memo if the addressee is not available at the time of delivery at the given address. You can call Courier for second delivery (free of charge) or you may require to pick up your parcel at the nearest POSLAJU/J&T branch. Uncollected parcel return back to us will not be refunded/exchanged. New shipping fees need to be made for a new delivery.
